Welcome to Park City Edelweiss Haus P, a charming, remodeled condo just steps away from the renowned Park City Mountain Resort. This condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenient access to both winter and summer activities. Just walk across the street to Park City Mountain Resort for ski access, summer activities, hiking, biking, and more. Also, the bus stop for the Park City Transit shuttle is right in front of the building for easy exploration of Park City, Deer Valley, Park City Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction. This ground level condo offers 748 sq ft of living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the capacity to graciously host six guests.

Embark on a journey from the parking lot in front of the building, through a welcoming gate, and down a few steps to unveil the ground-level condo. Step inside through the front door, where an open floor plan beckons you to unwind.

Living Room: Sink into the embrace of a comfortable cushion, full-size sleeper sofa and chairs, be captivated by the warm glow of a gas fireplace, and indulge in entertainment on a 65” Samsung Smart TV.

Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped and updated kitchen offering stylish stone countertops, new Samsung stainless steel appliances, including an electric range and refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and a kitchen island with seating for four.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom: King bed, 65” Samsung Smart TV, chest with an electric fireplace, en suite bathroom, and access to the exterior and communal pool and hot tub. The En Suite offers a stone counter vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and a twin bed, 40” Smart Fire TV with a DVD player and DVDs, access to a full shared bathroom.

Bathroom: Full shared bathroom with a pedestal vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Community Amenities: Heated pool and hot tub open year-round, and first-come-first-serve parking for one car (with parking pass) in outdoor lot or communal garage. There is also coin-operated communal laundry
